wa kosher provides a technical infrastructure only — both for sending and receiving messages between email and WhatsApp, and for compiling and delivering a summary of WhatsApp group messages to email. The services are provided "AS IS" and "as available," without any warranty of continuous availability, accuracy, or completeness. Responsibility for the content of messages and their use lies solely with the user. In any event, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service (if any).

3. Privacy

The service is subject to our privacy policy. We strive to protect your privacy, but we cannot guarantee absolute security of information.

4. Permitted Use

The service is provided for personal use only. It is prohibited to use it for commercial, illegal, offensive purposes, or any use that could harm others.

5. The "Groups Newsletter" Service

The "Groups Newsletter" service provides the user with an email summary of messages from WhatsApp groups they selected and of which they are a member. The service provides a technical infrastructure only for processing and delivering the summary, and does not create, edit, or verify the content of the messages.

The service does not warrant continuous availability, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the summary, and is not responsible for the content of the messages it contains or for any decisions made in reliance on it. During the launch period the service is provided free of charge; we may begin charging in the future subject to prior notice.

6. User Responsibility and Indemnification

By using the newsletter you represent and warrant that: (a) you are a lawful member of the groups you selected; (b) you are permitted to receive and process the content of their messages for the purpose of receiving your personal summary; (c) your use complies with all applicable law and with the terms of service of the relevant platforms, including WhatsApp; (d) where you requested to add a group to the service, the addition is made at your request and at your sole responsibility, and you represent that you have obtained the consent of the group's owner or administrator to add the group to the service and to process its messages for the purpose of producing the summary.

Sole responsibility for selecting the groups, for the legality of receiving their content, and for use of the summary lies with you. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless wa kosher, its operators, and anyone on its behalf against any damage, expense, or third-party claim arising from your use of the service or your breach of these terms.

7. Changes and Service Termination

We reserve the right to change the terms of use, limit, suspend, or terminate the service at our discretion, at any time and without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logo, and code on the website are the exclusive property of wa kosher. It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, or distribute them without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and the use of the services shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute shall lie with the competent courts in Israel.
